San Antonio Garden Club, Inc. is a non-profit corporation. Organized in 1940, it is an umbrella for nearly two dozen local garden clubs, plant societies and related organizations. Our mission is to inform and educate the public about gardening, horticulture, floral design and environmental conservation. Garden Center and its member organizations donate hundreds of hours annually to garden therapy projects. We also founded and support the Garden for the Blind at the San Antonio Botanical Garden.Rentals of Garden Center support our mission and our building and grounds, which opened in 1966.
The public is invited to attend our meetings, held on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:30am, September – May. Click Here for upcoming programs this club year.
Individuals can become a member by joining Gardeners-at-Large. You are also a Garden Center member if your garden club is a Garden Center member organization.
